Review: The London Essence Co. Soda Water

Review: The London Essence Co. Soda Water

The London Essence Co. is a new brand promises “skilfully distilled mixers,” though, it should go without saying, none of these are actually distilled. That’s why they’re mixers, of course.

The full lineup includes six products, but for some reason we only received a lone bottle of its soda water for review.

So, let’s try it.

As soda water goes, it’s very clean. A slight minerality, even a hint of saltiness, is evident, but it’s much less noticeable than in the typical mineral water. The finish is slightly grassy. The overall level of carbonation is also moderated, with slightly creamy bubbles — making it just right for mixing (and it even drinks well on its own).
