Review: 10 Barrel Brewing Snake Run Double IPA

Review: 10 Barrel Brewing Snake Run Double IPA

We just checked out some new offerings from Bend, Oregon’s 10 Barrel Brewing, but we’re already back with a follow-up: a limited edition double IPA called Snake Run. I’m not finding any info on the hops used, but it drinks like the classics: Boldly piney with a strong vein of citrus, hoppy but not dank, with bursting tropical fruits in lieu of heavy forest floor notes. Round and oily, it’s thick with alcohol but never overwhelming, a slick DIPA that coats the palate completely.
